> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.rekkeh.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Understand your Rekkeh admin dashboard and live ops > Learn how the Rekkeh admin dashboard displays operational status, live snapshots, security signals, trends, activity feed, and attention alerts for your facility. Your dashboard is the live operational overview for your facility: current access and occupancy, security signals like emergencies and incidents, scheduled work, trends, and a recent activity feed. It tells you whether the facility is running normally and where to drill down when something needs your attention. It does not itself show SLA breach details or full incident and emergency records. Those live on the incident and emergency pages you reach from it. ## Operational status The status card at the top of the dashboard summarizes the whole facility in one of three states. The state is decided by a fixed precedence, so an active emergency always overrides everything else. * **Immediate response**: at least one active emergency requires immediate response. This takes precedence over every other signal. * **Review required**: no active emergency, but at least one attention item needs review across security and operations. The attention count adds open incidents, active overstays, pending approvals, missed patrols, and watchlist matches. * **Operating normally**: no active emergency and no attention items. The card shows today's entries, how many people are inside, and active passes. The header greets you by name, shows the current date, and labels the view **Live operations**. A **Refresh** button updates the data; the dashboard polls every 60 seconds during normal operations, every 30 seconds when attention is required, and every 15 seconds in a critical state. ## Live snapshot The Live snapshot section is labeled **Current access and occupancy** and answers "who is here right now." It has four cards. | Card | What it means | Where it links | | -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------ | | People Inside | Current occupancy from active visitor and delivery workflows checked in right now | Visitor oversight, checked-in visits | | Entries | Granted check-ins recorded today | Access log | | Exits | Granted check-outs recorded today | Access log | | Active Invites | Currently valid guest invitations | Visitor oversight | People Inside is not a count of all historical check-ins. It counts active visitor and delivery workflows in the checked-in state. Active Invites counts currently valid guest invitations, not people who have actually entered. The Active Invites label can vary by organization through Rekkeh vocabulary settings. ## Security The Security section is labeled **Signals this facility is watching** and shows the security issues that need your attention right now. Each card links to the page where you act on it. | Card | Context | Where it links | | ------------------- | ---------------------- | --------------------------- | | Emergencies | Active now | Emergency alerts | | Incidents | Open cases | Incidents | | Watchlist Matches | Denied today | Visitor watchlist | | Overstayed Visitors | Past expected checkout | Visitor oversight overstays | The section and its individual cards appear only when the relevant module is enabled and you have permission to see it. When an alert exists, its matching security card can be removed from this section so it is not shown twice. For example, an active emergency appears in Needs attention instead of also as the ordinary Emergencies card. ## Access The Access section is labeled **Movement through your entrances** and mirrors the Live snapshot cards: Entries, Exits, People Inside, and Active Invites. It appears when the invites module is enabled and you have the matching permission. ## Operations The Operations section is labeled **Scheduled and in-progress work** and shows the work happening at the facility. | Card | Context | Where it links | | -------------------- | ------------- | ------------------------------------------- | | Deliveries | Inside now | Visitor oversight | | Scheduled Activities | Patrols today | [Patrol logs](/security/review-patrol-logs) | The section is hidden when neither metric is available. ## Needs attention Needs attention collects the alerts that require a decision, each linking to the page where you act. It is shown only when more than one alert is present on the dashboard. * **Emergency**: active emergency alerts, linking to Emergency alerts * **Open Incident**: incidents awaiting resolution, linking to Incidents * **Overstayed Visitor**: visitors past expected checkout, linking to Visitor oversight overstays * **Watchlist Match**: denied access attempts today, linking to Visitor watchlist * **Pending Approval**: resident or member registration requests awaiting review, linking to join requests * **Missed Patrol**: patrols missed today, linking to [Patrol logs](/security/review-patrol-logs) ## Trends The trends card is labeled **Today at a glance**, **This week at a glance**, or **This month at a glance** and shows how signals have changed over time. Switch the period with **Day**, **Week**, or **Month**, and choose which signals to show with the series selector. * **Gate entries**: always available * **Incidents**: when the incidents module is enabled and you have permission * **Emergency alerts**: when the safety module is enabled and you have permission Day shows 24 hourly buckets, Week shows seven calendar days including today, and Month shows 30 calendar days including today. Trend values count records by category and creation time. They are not filtered by incident status, so a resolved incident still contributes to its bucket. The incident trend excludes emergency-category incidents, and the emergency trend includes emergency, silent panic, and duress categories. Use **View data table** to see the underlying points. ## Activity feed The Activity feed shows the six most recent events across access, incidents, and emergencies, and links to the full access log with **View all**. Entries, incidents, and patrols appear here as they happen. * **Access**: Entry granted, Exit recorded, Access denied * **Incident**: Incident created * **Emergency**: Emergency raised When nothing has happened recently, the feed shows **No recent activity**. ## Where SLA and emergency details live The dashboard identifies active emergencies and open incidents but does not show SLA due times, overdue counts, or breach status. Inspect SLA state on the incident and emergency pages instead. * **Incidents**: the inbox shows how many reports are overdue and an SLA column per report; each incident detail page shows SLA breached, SLA overdue, and escalation state. * **Emergency alerts**: the page shows SLA breached, Overdue, a countdown until the SLA, and Escalated. The emergency SLA defaults to five minutes unless you change it in [Safety & emergency settings](/getting-started/safety-emergency-settings). Emergency and incident events can also be sent to your connected tools; see [Set up integrations](/integrations/set-up-integrations) for the alert events available. ## Visits and access There is no separate "security-to-operation visit" workflow on the dashboard. Visits are tracked through one shared visit and access lifecycle (invitation, check-in, check-out) and the dashboard reflects it through People Inside, Entries, Exits, and Active Invites. A visit is one of Upcoming, At Gate, Inside, Exited, Denied, Expired, or Revoked, and access actions are Check-in, Check-out, Denied, Undo entry, and Undo exit. Commercial visits are a separate feature with their own labels and are not a dashboard metric.
