# Apply Your Organisation Branding in Rekkeh Dashboard

> Apply organisation branding in Rekkeh. Set your app name, tagline, colours, logo, login banner, and email footer so the member app reflects your identity.

Set your organisation's name, colours, logo, and email footer under **Settings > Organisation branding** so the member app and printed badges carry your identity. Only estate managers and super admins can edit branding; other roles see the controls disabled with the message "Only organisation managers can edit branding."

## Open the branding settings

    Under the Organization group, select **Organisation branding**. The page shows your logo, colours, app name, and email footer for the member app.

## Set the identity fields

These fields name your organisation across the app and on badges.

    Enter an **App name** (up to 80 characters). This appears in the member app header and on shared invites.

  <Step title="Enter Short name">
    Enter a **Short name** (up to 20 characters). This is used in compact UI areas, such as notification titles.

  <Step title="Enter Tagline">
    Enter a **Tagline** (up to 120 characters). This appears below the app name on the login screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Email footer">
    Enter an **Email footer** (up to 200 characters). This is appended to emails sent from Rekkeh on behalf of your organisation.

## Choose colours

Enter colours in 3- or 6-digit hex format:

| Colour        | Default   | Usage                                        |
| ------------- | --------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Primary**   | `#C27803` | Buttons, links, and key actions.             |
| **Secondary** | `#1B2A4A` | Headers, navigation, and dark backgrounds.   |
| **Accent**    | `#D9A441` | Highlights, badges, and decorative elements. |

## Upload images

You can upload the following assets. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Maximum file size is 10 MB.

    Upload a **Login banner** to replace the default background on the login screen.

    Upload a **Cover image** for the organisation profile page in the member app.

## White-label options

If white-labelling is enabled on your plan, you can also configure:

* **Hide "Powered by Rekkeh"** to remove Rekkeh branding from the member app.
* **Custom email From address** to send emails from your own domain.

## Save branding

Select **Save branding** to apply your changes. The member app and kiosk will reflect the updated identity on the next load.

## Default values

If you have not set branding yet, Rekkeh uses these defaults:

* App name: `Rekkeh`
* Short name: `Rekkeh`
* Tagline: `Your estate, connected`
* Primary: `#C27803`
* Secondary: `#1B2A4A`
* Accent: `#D9A441`
* No logo, banner, or cover uploaded
* Email footer: hyphen followed by `Rekkeh`
* Hide "Powered by Rekkeh": disabled
* No custom email From address set
