## What happens after submitting

Once submitted, the incident appears in the Estate Admin dashboard for review and resolution. The submitting member can see it in the Member App, and gate staff can view it in Gate Ops.

## Validation and common errors

| Field | Member App rule | Gate Ops rule |
| ----------- | --------------------- | --------------------- |
| Description | Minimum 10 characters | Minimum 20 characters |
| Photos | Up to 4 | Up to 1 |
| Gate | Not required | Required |

If a validation error appears, review the field messages and retry. Common issues include a too-short description or missing gate selection.
