# Audit Logs in Rekkeh: Records, Compliance, and Visibility

> Learn about the five audit and activity records in Rekkeh, what each tracks, and how they help you maintain compliance and operational visibility.

Rekkeh maintains five distinct records that together create a complete operational picture. Each answers a different question about who did what, when, and where.

| Record | What it answers |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Audit Log** | Who changed a policy, role, or setting, and when? |
| **Access Log** | Who entered or exited, at which gate, and what was the outcome? |
| **Event Access Activity** | Which guests checked in or out of a specific event, and when? |
| **Resident Activity** | When did a resident use their QR pass, and what actions did they take in the Member App? |
| **Gate Ops Logs** | Which officer verified which passes, started which shifts, and reported what incidents? |

The Audit Log focuses on administrative changes, such as adding a user or updating a gate rule. The Access Log is the live record of all physical entries and exits. Event Access Activity isolates attendance for scheduled occasions. Resident Activity traces member-side actions that affect access. Gate Ops Logs tie every gate decision to the officer who made it.

Together, these records give security leaders, auditors, and compliance officers the evidence they need to prove control, investigate anomalies, and refine policies.
