Gate Ops roles are guard, security, estate manager, and super admin. If you need access, ask your supervisor to assign the correct role in the admin console.

Select your gate first
Before you can scan, search, verify OTP or NFC, issue a manual pass, or log access, you must select the gate you are operating from. The gate-selection screen shows Select Gate and a Start Shift at {gate name} action. If no gates are assigned, the app shows No gates assigned. In that case, ask your supervisor to add a gate assignment for you in the admin console. The four ways to verify a pass
