In Rekkeh, the term resident adapts to your facility type. In an estate, they are residents. In a school, they are parents or guardians. In an office, they are employees or tenants. In every case, they are the people who belong on the premises and have ongoing access rights. Residents are managed in the Admin Console, where each person has one of three statuses:
  • Active: fully verified and able to enter
  • Pending Verification: registered but awaiting document review or admin approval
  • Suspended: access temporarily blocked, usually pending an investigation
Residents interact with Rekkeh primarily through the Member App. The app displays a rotating QR pass that refreshes at a set interval. This prevents screenshots and replay attacks because the code is only valid for a short window. Beyond their own access, residents can authorize guests. A parent can approve a school pickup, an employee can invite a contractor, or a resident can send a visitor pass. Each authorization is tied to the resident’s identity and creates an auditable record of who granted entry to whom.
