If you encounter a problem with AI Security Reports, use the guidance below to diagnose and resolve it.
If a report shows a Failed status, the most common causes are insufficient data for the selected period or a temporary processing error. Wait a moment, then click Retry on the failed report. If the failure repeats, check that the selected gate has recorded activity during the report period and that your account has permission to generate reports.
Reports normally finish within a few minutes. If a report remains in the Generating status for an extended period, refresh the archive page. If the status does not update, the generation job may have stalled. Try generating a new report for the same type, gate, and period. Rekkeh will either complete the existing job or start a fresh one.
If the PDF export button is unresponsive or the file does not download, first confirm the report status is Ready. Only ready reports can be exported. Clear your browser cache and try again. If the issue persists, check that your role includes the watchlist.export permission.
If you cannot locate a report in the archive, verify you are looking at the correct report type, gate, and date range filters. Remember that the archive stores up to 50 records, so older reports may have been removed automatically. If the report was never successfully generated, it will not appear in the archive.
If the AI Reports section does not appear in your dashboard, your role likely lacks the required permissions. Ask your estate manager or super admin to confirm you have the watchlist.view permission assigned.
An empty archive usually means no reports have been generated yet. Click Generate Now to create your first report. If reports were generated previously but the archive is empty, confirm that the 50-record limit has not caused automatic cleanup.
If the executive summary looks like a placeholder or generic template, the report may have been generated before enough meaningful activity occurred in the period. Ensure the selected gate or estate had entries, exits, incidents, or alerts during the covered dates, then regenerate the report.
Most issues can be resolved by refreshing the page, retrying generation, or confirming permissions. If a problem persists after trying the steps above, contact Rekkeh support from your dashboard.
