You can manually generate an AI Security Report at any time from the Rekkeh admin dashboard. This is useful when you need an on-demand summary for a specific gate or for your entire estate.

Generate a Report Now

Open AI Reports

Navigate to Security > AI Reports in the Rekkeh dashboard.

Choose report type

Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly from the Report type selector.

Choose gate scope

Select All gates or pick a specific gate from the Gate selector.

Generate

Click Generate Now. The report will be queued and appear in the archive when ready.

What Happens When a Report Already Exists

Rekkeh prevents duplicate reports. If you attempt to generate a report for a combination that already exists, one of three things will happen:
  1. Exact duplicate exists: if a report with the same type, gate, and period already exists and its status is Ready, Rekkeh will open the existing report instead of creating a new one.
  2. Generating in progress: if a report for the same type, gate, and period is currently generating, Rekkeh will show the in-progress status and notify you when it completes.
  3. Previous failed report: if a previous attempt failed, you can retry generation. Rekkeh will create a new attempt rather than reopen the failed record.

Time Periods Covered

Each report type looks back from yesterday to ensure complete data:
Daily reports are ideal for morning briefings. Weekly and monthly reports are better suited for management reviews and compliance records.
