Rekkeh AI Security Reports transform raw gate activity into concise, readable summaries so you can review what happened across your estate without reading every individual log entry. The system analyzes entries, exits, incidents, and alerts, then produces a narrative report with key statistics and trends.

Report Types

You can generate three report types, each covering a different time window:

Scope

When you generate a report, you choose the scope:
  • All gates: aggregate activity across every gate in your estate
  • Single gate: focus on one specific gate or checkpoint

Report Archive

Every report you generate is stored in the Archive. You can browse past reports, compare periods, and reopen any previously generated report. The archive keeps recent reports easily accessible so you do not need to regenerate them.

How to Generate a Report

You can create a report in two ways:
1

Open Reports

Go to Security > AI Reports in your Rekkeh admin dashboard.
2

Choose settings

Select the Report type (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and the Gate (all gates or a specific gate).
3

Generate

Click Generate Now. The report will be created and added to the archive.

Scheduled Reports

You can also set up automatic generation so reports appear in the archive on a recurring schedule without manual action. Scheduled reports use the same type and gate settings you configure once, then run automatically.

Report Detail Page

After a report is ready, open it to view:
  • Metadata: report type, period, gate scope, and generation timestamp
  • Executive summary: a high-level narrative of the period’s key events
  • Key statistics: entry and exit counts, incident totals, alert counts, and trend indicators
  • Notable events: flagged items such as repeat invalid passes, after-hours activity, or unplanned visitors

Email Delivery

You can configure AI Security Reports to be sent automatically by email. Add recipients, choose which cadences to enable (daily, weekly, monthly), and Rekkeh will deliver a summary to inboxes on schedule. The email contains the title, period, and executive summary. It does not include a PDF attachment.

PDF Export

Any ready report can be exported as a PDF. This is useful for sharing with stakeholders, attaching to compliance files, or printing for physical records. The PDF contains the full report content in a formatted layout.
