Events in Rekkeh are scheduled access windows that let you control who can enter, when they can enter, and keep a full record of every attempt. Unlike everyday visitor passes, an Event bundles its own guest list, access policies, and audit trail into a single container. Every event moves through a lifecycle shown as a status badge: Opening an event reveals its detail page, which shows a live snapshot of event info, a guest summary with accepted, pending, and denied counts, and recent access activity displaying the latest entries and exits. The Access Activity tab also lists every denied attempt and officer note so you have a complete security picture. To create an event, follow these steps:
1

Open the Events module

In the Admin Console sidebar, click Events.
2

Fill in event details

Enter the event name, type, location, start and end time, and any special instructions.
3

Save the event

Save as Draft to edit later, or publish it immediately to make it Upcoming.
Once the event is created, you invite guests using three methods:
  1. Single invite: enter an individual’s name, email, or phone number
  2. Bulk invite: upload a spreadsheet or paste a list of contacts
  3. General invite link: generate a public link that anyone can use to register for the event
Invited guests receive a confirmation with event details and a unique QR pass valid only for the event window. At the gate, the pass is scanned like any other, but it is tied to the event audit trail so you can see exactly who attended and when.
