A visitor in Rekkeh is anyone who enters your facility but is not a registered resident or permanent member. They arrive with an invitation, receive a time-bound access pass, and are tracked from entry to exit. The visitor lifecycle moves through seven statuses: Inviting a visitor starts in the Admin Console or the Member App. You enter the visitor’s name, contact details, purpose, date, and time. Rekkeh generates a unique QR pass and sends it to the visitor. At the gate, the officer scans the QR code or looks up the visitor manually. A successful check-in updates the visitor status to Inside and notifies the host. If the visitor leaves without checking out, the status remains Inside until an officer performs a manual exit or the pass expires. You can revoke a pass at any time from the Visitor Oversight page. Once revoked, the pass becomes invalid immediately and any attempt to use it results in a denied entry with an auditable reason.
