You can have Rekkeh deliver AI Security Reports automatically by email so recipients receive summaries without logging into the dashboard. This is useful for executives, security managers, and off-site stakeholders who need regular visibility.

Enable Email Delivery

Open report settings

Go to Security > AI Reports and click the settings or email delivery option.

Toggle auto-send

Turn on Auto-send to CSO (or the equivalent auto-send toggle). This enables the email delivery feature for your estate.

Add recipients

Enter an email address in the recipient field and press Enter to add it. You can add multiple recipients.

Choose cadences

Enable the cadences you want: Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly. Each is turned on by default when email delivery is enabled, but you can toggle them individually.

What the Email Includes

Each email contains:
  • Title: the report type and estate name
  • Period: the date range covered by the report
  • Executive summary: a concise narrative overview of the period’s key events and trends
The email does not include a PDF attachment. Recipients who need the full PDF should log into Rekkeh and export it from the archive.

Disable or Modify Delivery

You can return to the same settings page at any time to:
  • Turn off the auto-send toggle completely
  • Remove individual recipients
  • Disable specific cadences without disabling others
  • Add new recipients
Use the Weekly cadence for board-level visibility and the Daily cadence for on-site security supervisors.
