It replaces paper logbooks and fragmented gate systems with a single digital security layer that connects every entry to a verified identity, a clear policy, and an auditable record. Every access decision in Rekkeh follows a six-step flow: invite, verify, authorize, enter, track, and audit. A host invites someone, the system verifies their identity, a gate officer or automated rule authorizes entry, the person enters, their presence is tracked in real time, and every action is stored for audit. Rekkeh delivers this through five product surfaces:
  • Admin Console is the security command center where you configure policies, manage people, view live occupancy, and review reports.
  • Kiosk turns any entrance into a self-service checkpoint for identity capture, badge printing, and visitor registration.
  • Access Control Engine is the authorization layer that evaluates passes, flags, and policies in real time.
  • Gate Ops is the mobile app used by guards and gate officers to verify passes, handle exceptions, and log shift activity.
  • Member App lets residents and authorized members approve guests, view alerts, and present their own rotating QR access passes.
