Deliveries is only available when your facility has the deliveries module enabled. If it is disabled, the app returns “Deliveries are not enabled for this facility.”
Access the deliveries list
Open Deliveries from Profile > Operations. The list subtitle reads “Parcels received at the gate, waiting for collection.” Use the search bar or the filter tabs to find parcels:
Each row shows the reference, status, recipient, courier, package summary, received time, and storage location (or “No location”).
- Empty list: “No parcels waiting” with “Receive a delivery at the gate to start tracking it.”
- No search match: “No deliveries match” with “Try a different status or search.”
Receive a delivery

Start receiving
On the Deliveries screen, select Receive delivery.

Select the recipient
Under Recipient, search by name or phone and select the person. If no match is found, the app shows “No people match that search.”

Choose the courier
Under Courier company, choose DHL, FedEx, UPS, Jumia Logistics, GIG Logistics, or Other… and enter the company name.

Set package details
Under Package, set Count (default 1, range 1 to 99) and choose the type: Box, Envelope, Bag, Pallet, or Other.

Add optional details
Expand Add courier contact, tracking & notes to optionally fill in courier name, courier phone, tracking number, storage location, notes, and parcel photos (up to 5).

Mark as received
Select Mark as Received.
Store the parcel
This action is only available while the parcel status is Received.1
Open the delivery detail
On the delivery detail page, select Store parcel.

Enter the storage location
Enter the Storage location, for example “Main Gate — Locker B12”. This is required.

Confirm storage
Select Store parcel. The status changes to Stored.
Mark ready for collection
This action is available from Received or Stored status. On the delivery detail page, select Mark ready for collection. The status changes to Ready for collection and runs immediately without a confirmation prompt.Confirm collection

Start collection
Select Confirm collection.

Review the prompt
Review the prompt: “Confirm collection? The recipient is collecting the parcel.”

Confirm
Select Confirm collection. The status changes to Collected.
Handle an exception
Use exception actions when a parcel cannot be collected as planned.
Every action is recorded in the delivery Timeline. The timeline includes:
- Delivery created
- Received at gate
- Stored
- Marked ready for collection
- Collected
- Returned to courier
- Marked lost
- Cancelled
Residents can create an expected delivery beforehand from My Deliveries in the Resident app. Expected deliveries appear under the Expected filter and can be received at the gate.
