The Deliveries module in Gate Ops lets you receive parcels at the gate, record their details, store them, and track them through to collection. Every action is recorded in the delivery timeline so you and residents can stay informed.
Deliveries is only available when your facility has the deliveries module enabled. If it is disabled, the app returns “Deliveries are not enabled for this facility.”

Access the deliveries list

Open Deliveries from Profile > Operations. The list subtitle reads “Parcels received at the gate, waiting for collection.” Use the search bar or the filter tabs to find parcels: Each row shows the reference, status, recipient, courier, package summary, received time, and storage location (or “No location”).
  • Empty list: “No parcels waiting” with “Receive a delivery at the gate to start tracking it.”
  • No search match: “No deliveries match” with “Try a different status or search.”
